Tonya Ford
Founder & Principal Consultant, The Capstone HR Collective
Tonya Ford is a strategic Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of combined legal and HR experience helping organizations strengthen their workforce, develop effective leaders, and build HR systems that support long-term success and risk compliance.
She has practiced employment law and has trained HR executives, bringing both the legal perspective and the practitioner's perspective to every engagement.
Her background spans executive human resources leadership, employment law, employee relations, workplace investigations, organizational development, compliance, leadership coaching, and workforce strategy.
She has served as Vice President of Human Resources for a national food service organization, leading enterprise HR strategy across a multi-state workforce, provided employee relations expertise within financial services, and taught Business Law at the college level.
Today, through The Capstone HR Collective, Tonya partners with businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, and professional service firms to deliver practical, strategic workforce solutions.
